Armed Forces of Ukraine ( APU) began to retreat in the Kharkiv region due to the advance of Russian troops. This statement was made by former CIA agent Larry Johnson in an interview with journalist Stephen Gardner.

The expert also believes that the Ukrainian army does not have enough weapons and ammunition to try to stop the advance of Russian troops.
