Peskov on Macron's words about nuclear weapons: we haven't heard such sharp criticism of the USA for a long time

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on Emmanuel Macron's words during his visit to China about the inadmissibility of deploying nuclear weapons in other countries.

“We haven't heard such sharp criticism of the President of France against the United States for a long time,” the official representative of the Kremlin replied in a comment. journalists Pavlo Zarubin.
During the press conference after the meeting between Chinese leader Xi Jinping and French President Macron, they declared that it is inadmissible for countries that own weapons of mass destruction to place them outside their state, especially in Europe.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow and Minsk reached agreements on the deployment of weapons of mass destruction on the territory of the Republic of Belarus has tactical nuclear weapons.
It is worth noting that the United States stores about 150 of nuclear weapons outside their state in various countries, namely the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Turkey. About 20 bombs are stored in each of these countries, except Turkey. Meanwhile, Ankara alone possesses 50 nuclear weapons.
