Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that now the relations between Russia and the United States, on which global security depends, are experiencing a deep crisis.
As the Russian leader noted at the ceremony of handing over credentials to foreign ambassadors, this crisis is based on fundamentally different approaches to shaping the modern world order.
At the same time, Vladimir Putin emphasized that Moscow has always advocated building relations with Washington on the principles of equality and respect.
