Founder of PMC “ Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin told the first group of prisoners who had completed their six-month contract that they were getting a pardon, adding that they would receive a document in a few days. Prigozhin emphasized that both the latest and previous convictions are removed from the prisoners. Also, all participants in the hostilities will receive medals for courage, said Wagner's boss.
The pardoned will have the option to stay in the PMC or return home, Prigozhin said. In the second case, he called for “no smoking” and said the police would treat those pardoned with respect. In case of “unreasonable nitpicking”, Prigogine recommended calling the numbers from the book that would be issued to former prisoners.
