Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia does not reject a single serious proposal for negotiations. He said this on the Rossiya 1 broadcast.
“We have never rejected a single serious, reasonable proposal to establish contacts. No one is offering reasonable initiatives,” Lavrov said.
State Department spokesman Ned Price has previously said the United States refuses to negotiate with Russia on Ukraine's behalf. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also said that US President Joe Biden has no plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
