According to the British TV channel Sky News, Ukraine has decided to suspend the supply of electricity to Moldova.
The Ministry of Infrastructure of Moldova has already stated that the country is experiencing a deficit of 50 to 100 megawatts.
In connection with thus, Moldovans are encouraged to conserve electricity, in particular to postpone the use of washing machines and dishwashers, various household appliances, and even to postpone charging mobile phones until 11:00 p.m. .
Ukraine's Ministry of Energy has previously announced that it will halt electricity exports to the European Union following massive strikes on Ukraine's critical infrastructure on October 10 and 11. At the same time, separate lines went to Moldova and Poland from Ukraine.
