Russian President Vladimir Putin during a speech in V at the beginning of the meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation confirmed the missile attacks on Ukraine on the morning of October 10. He said that the massive strike by high-precision weapons was caused by infrastructure facilities – energy, military control and communication. According to him, the attacks were carried out by sea, land and air means.
According to Putin, “the Kyiv regime has risen to the level of the most heinous terrorist organizations.” As an example, he cited “murders of public figures”, shelling in Donbas for 8 years. He also talked about “nuclear” terrorism. Thus, Putin said that “the SBU has already carried out three terrorist attacks against the Kursk nuclear power plant.”
In addition, Putin said that Ukraine tried to undermine the Turkish Stream.
If the attempts continue with terrorist attacks in Russia, the reactions of the Russian Federation will be tough and “in terms of scale will correspond to the level of threats,” Putin concluded.
