Former Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces, Army General Vladimir Boldyrev, answered the question of whether the partial mobilization will continue after all 300,000 people arrive in the units.

As he noted in an interview with NSN, now, according to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, more than 200 thousand mobilized have already arrived in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and the remaining 100 thousand will be called up much faster than the first batch. According to Boldyrev, those regions that could not cope with partial mobilization will still manage, and those that did not will simply be thrown out. stabilization of the entire situation on the front.

“But we still have a lot of work to do and additional forces will be needed,” suggested the general, adding that further mobilization will depend on the developing situation.

” In my opinion, to carry out a successful offensive operation, we now need at least 20 divisions, and this is only for ground forces,” Boldyrev expressed his opinion.

He also emphasized that in order to achieve the goal of victory, it is necessary to use all means, the army must therefore use such forces as will enable it to win. In particular, Boldyrev believes that it is necessary to conduct in-depth operations in order to “liberate not individual settlements, but large areas.”
