Chancellor Germany's Olaf Scholz is clearly against the use of nuclear weapons, deputy government spokesman Wolfgang Buechner said.

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the United States Britain and EU countries should pay special attention to the words of the Ukrainian leader. He also stated that Zelensky's statements – “nothing but a call to start a world war.”
