Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said , that “if it were his will” he would declare martial law throughout Russia and “use any weapons”. He explained his position by saying that the country is “at war with the entire NATO bloc.”
“I am not saying this as the head of the republic, but as a citizen, a patriot and a volunteer helping our guys,” Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.
The Chechen leader suggested that Russians help or volunteer, as well as “cheer our fearless fighters on the Internet.”
Kadyrov also said Russian troops are “not retreating anywhere.”< /p>
