Seven hundred residents of the Sverdlovsk region were illegally deported in as part of the partial mobilization they returned home from the training center in Elani.
Four hundred people, as it turned out, could not serve for health reasons, the rest were called up for service in violation of the law.

After visiting a medical company in Jelansky's garrison, Ivanov was outraged that illegal mobilization was distracting training specialists from work. The deputy says that professionals whose main task is to train conscripts are forced to fulfill the duties of military commissars.
