President Xi Jinping -Ping “Not interested” in talks with US President Joe Biden, Reuters reports citing sources.
Earlier, the White House said Biden “really wants to talk” with the Chinese president. In response to attempts by Chinese diplomats to arrange telephone conversations, the Chinese side “showed no interest” in the proposal, according to Reuters.
Biden and Xi Jinping last spoke at the G20 summit last November.
