The Washington Post writes that the US authorities have asked Moscow not to disclose Washington's official response to security guarantees. At the same time, the State Department is considering a scenario for Russia to release the document. The response will include US proposals demonstrating its readiness to continue the dialogue.
It is clarified that the US response does not affect the guarantees of NATO's non-enlargement to the east.
