The United States has asked Russia not to disclose Washington's response to security guarantees

The Washington Post writes that the US authorities have asked Moscow not to disclose Washington's official response to security guarantees. At the same time, the State Department is considering a scenario for Russia to release the document. The response will include US proposals demonstrating its readiness to continue the dialogue.
