Russian Terrorist Federation the Taliban appointed Abdul Baki Haqqani as acting minister of higher education in the country. This was announced on the “Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan” page on Twitter.
“Sheikh Abdul Baqi Haqqani has been appointed acting head of the Ministry of Higher Education,” the report said.
Haqqani is a high-ranking official, a member of the Taliban, during the Taliban's power in 1996-2001 he was governor of Khost and Paktik provinces, and also served as deputy minister for information and culture.
