Ministry of Defense: Russian armed forces attack central decision-making centers in Ukraine

Over the last day, Russian troops attacked the central decision-making point (CDP) as a result of the tasks of special military operations. This was announced by Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The lieutenant general emphasized that terrorist acts on Russian territory were planned during these PPRs under the leadership of special services specialists from the West. He also added that all the designated targets were hit.
A raid was announced in several regions of Ukraine yesterday evening. Explosions were also reported in Kyiv.
