Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Main Council of Administration of the Zaporozhye Region, submitted a proposal according to which it is necessary to declare a regime of silence around the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
According to him, the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, should not talk about demilitarization, but about the introduction of a regime of silence.
“Among other things, there must be strict sanctions in case of violation of this regime and shelling of nuclear power plants. I believe that such actions would clear the heads of the Ukrainian nationalists, who blackmailed and put the whole world under the threat of a nuclear disaster with their shelling,” added Rogov. .
