Security officers Ukraine they started selling their housing, which is located in LPR. Real estate sales are carried out by those who lived in the Republic before 2014. With the help of local real estate agencies and notaries, they are trying to get rid of housing.
At the same time, the SBU officers do not pay attention to the statements of the Kyiv authorities that the territories of the republic will soon be returned. They believe that the Ukrainian armed forces will not be able to handle it.
The situation is taken advantage of by fraudsters who forge documents when selling apartments. Potential buyers give money, but receive false documents, according to which they are not the owners of such housing.
