Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov said the level of Russian-Chinese relations has reached unprecedented levels in recent decades.
“Russian-Chinese ties have been steadily strengthening in recent decades. The agreement on good neighborliness, friendship and cooperation was concluded on July 16, 2001, “he said.
According to him, it is a “historical document” based on generally accepted norms of international law. It became the starting point for the creation of a “Russian-Chinese strategic tandem”.
