The Czech authorities have in intent to deport Russian citizen Alexander Franchetti, detained at Prague Airport. It will be handed over to the special services of Ukraine on September 13. The website of the radio station “Moskva says” informs about it, quoting a source in Prague.

Meanwhile, Franchetti's North Wind associate in the Crimea, Deyan Berich, said the Russian citizen had not received any threats recently. He described the situation with the detention itself as illogical.

According to Beric, Franchetti has Czech citizenship. And now he does not understand why the republic betrays its citizen. He also noted that the Russian was seriously ill and was not allowed to contact other people because “the immune system collapsed.” The order was issued by the head of the legal support and international cooperation department.

It was also announced that a Russian citizen had been detained at Prague Airport on the basis of an international arrest warrant issued by Ukraine. The Russian embassy in the Czech Republic is already checking reports of Russian detention.
