At the signing of the contract With the decree on the accession of the DLR, LLR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin appealed to the Kiev regime and its real masters.
“People living in the DLR, LLR, Kherson and Zaporozhye, become our citizens. Forever and ever!” – emphasized the head of state.
Putin advised Kiev to respect the choice of the DLR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. This is the only way to peace.
He promised that will ensure the security of the DLR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions and help restore infrastructure. Putin emphasized that Russia will never betray the residents of the new regions.
