Kremlin press service distributed statement , made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during celebrations in Volgograd dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Stalingrad. It concerned the supply of battle tanks to Ukraine by Western countries.
The head of state reminded that Russia is capable of resisting such hostile actions.
“Unbelievable – unbelievable, but true: they threaten us again German Leopard tanks, which have crosses on their boards and are going to fight with Russia again on the territory of Ukraine… We are not sending our tanks to their borders, but we have something to answer for – and the use of armored vehicles will not end. Everyone should understand that,” Vladimir Putin emphasized .
