Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree extending the stay of foreigners in the Russian Federation without sanctions until September 30.
Before this date, foreigners must submit a request to the Ministry of Interior Affairs with a statement in order to settle their legal status in Russia or leave it.
Until and including 30 September, foreigners will not be expelled from Russia, except in cases of their offenses.
