Also, in his opinion, “representatives of state structures and law enforcement agencies” should be at the forefront of mobilization. Prigozhin emphasized that he cannot disagree with Kadyrov on this issue.
“And last but not least, to mobilize those who have never held a machine gun in their hands,” Prigozhin added, indicating that they include former conscripts who had no combat experience.
