Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian president, told reporters at a briefing that on September 24, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu informed Vladimir Putin in detail about the heroic battle in the village of Urozhainoye.
According to Peskov, our guys seduced this battle together with his commander, deputy platoon commander Ivan Kalashnikov.
“The battle was heroic and Shoigu told Putin about all the details, about what happened there,” said the head of the Kremlin press service, recalling that the minister defense nominated the deputy platoon commander Kalashnikov with the call sign “Bolshoi” for the title of Hero of Russia.
Earlier it was reported that five Russian soldiers repelled an attack by 12 Ukrainian attack aircraft and forced them to flee in the Urozhaina region. At the same time, Kalashnikov took over the main battle point and two of his fighters worked on the Ukrainian attack aircraft from the flanks from the underground areas.
