By & quot; Rossiyskaya Gazeta, chairwoman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, told reporters how many international observers would take part in the State Duma elections on September 17-19.
“According to preliminary data, their participation in the elections was confirmed by 249 international observers from 55 countries,” she said.
The CEC President clarified that all registrants have national observer status.
