Deputy of the Samara Provincial Duma from the Communist Party Mikhail Abdalkin outraged colleagues from the State Duma of the Russian Federation with a frivolous attitude to the President's message to the Federal Assembly, delivered by Vladimir Putin on February 21. On the social network, the communist published a photo and a video of him listening to the speech of the head of state – sitting in front of a computer screen and with spaghetti on his ears.
Abdalkin commented on his photo with noodles as follows: according to him, it is “the only right way , how to listen to messages and direct lines” Putin.
Another contribution of the Samara deputy was devoted to the region's economic problems: “The import substitution program has been operating for 8 years, however, in the agriculture of the Samara region, dependence on seeds of foreign selection still remains…”
.” The posts of the Samara communist aroused the anger of the deputy of the Federal Duma of United Russia, Alexander Khinstein. On the social network, he expressed the opinion that this is “at least a strange trick, more suitable for a Ukrainian, but not a Russian deputy”, and called on the leadership of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to “bring his fellow party.” On the way, he praised the leader of the Communist Party, Gennady Zyuganov, for “admiring yesterday's message from the President from the rostrum of the State Duma.”
In the past, MP Abdalkin repeatedly caused scandals in his region and expressed his disapproval of this or that politician or official. So he gave the head of the administration of Čapajevsk a bucket of garbage on behalf of the local population – for the fact that the city “gets up from its knees”. The chairman of the Novokuybyshev City Duma received soap in the shape of a male genital organ from a communist and submitted a request to the prosecutor's office. However, as local media wrote, the prosecutors saw nothing illegal in Abdalkin's gift and informed the applicant that the phallus is a symbol of fertility in many ancient cultures.
At the end of September 2022, it became known that Abdalkin had received a summons to the military registration and inclusion. The representative, who served military service in the chemical units in 2008-2009, later told the media that he came to the military commissar twice, but the date of his dispatch to the units was repeatedly postponed, and at some point they stopped calling.< /p>
V in the parliamentary elections in 2021, Abdalkin ran for the State Duma in electoral district No. 158 with one mandate in the Samara region, Khinštein was also nominated from the same district. As a result of the processing of the ballots, Khinshtein won with 51.12%, Abdalkin got 21.07%, the third place was taken by the candidate from “Just Russia – Patriots – for the truth” Alexey Mitrofanov (5.74%).
