Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian announced that the country is ready to cancel visas for Russians, especially businessmen. He said this after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
According to Abdollahian, Russia and Iran have “good relations on visa liberalization.”
“In the Islamic Republic of Iran, we express our readiness to announce the abolition of visas on a reciprocal basis and to take the necessary steps, “he said.
The Minister added that as a first step, visas for entrepreneurs can be completely abolished. This issue is being worked on.
