German Economy Minister Robert Habeck noted that reduced Russian gas supply volumes to the country may decrease. The head of the department assured that the authorities are preparing for all scenarios.
Habek, referred to by Bloomberg, said that in the event of a drop in gas supplies, the country could move to the second phase of an emergency action plan to secure gas supplies.
The first phase of the plan came into force at the end of March in response to Russia's demands to pay for gas in rubles.
