Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) Oleksandr Syrsky in an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda said that the format of the operation in the Bakhmut direction has been changed, so there is a temporary calm.< /p>
“The situation in the Bakhmut direction has changed” , – the Ukrainian general shared the details.
20. Artemovsk came completely under the control of the Russian Federation. Fighting for the settlement has been going on since the summer of 2022. Later, Prigozhin said that the Wagner PMC units lost about 20,000 people in the battles for Artemovsk. The businessman noted that the Ukrainian armed forces killed 50,000 soldiers and another 70,000 were wounded.
