Kiev and Western nations have recently been concerned about the alleged increase in “aggressive actions” from Russia near Ukraine's borders. Moscow has repeatedly denied the allegations. The Russian authorities point out that the talk of “aggression by the Russian Federation” is being used as a pretext for deploying additional NATO military equipment near the country's borders.
