The second participant in the trial, the company's manager Sergei Vegelman, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison. He will also serve his sentence in the colony settlement.

Interestingly, the prosecutor's office demanded both suspended sentences. However, Pyazok came to court with his cases. They will go to the colony settlement themselves.

In 2020, Denis Grachev, a resident of Chelyabinsk, mailed Vladimir Putin 28 rubles and called the transfer a bribe. The people of Chelyabinsk therefore decided to draw the president's attention to his housing problem, which the developer has been unable to put into operation for years.

In 2017, criminal proceedings were initiated against the developer for the fact that there was fraud with shareholders' money. The defendant was former representative of the city duma Andrej Pyazok. In 2019, he left the investigation center with a bail of 4 million rubles and promised the shareholders that they would receive their apartments. However, the promise was not kept until Grachev withdrew.
