US President Joe Biden has requested telephone conversations from Paris with French President Emmanuel Macron.
According to French government spokesman Gabriel Attal, a telephone conversation will be organized in the coming days.
Note that France has previously recalled ambassadors from the United States and Australia for consultations. This happened after the US, the UK and Australia entered into a defense and security partnership with AUKUS, leading Australia to breach a € 56 billion contract with a French company to build 12 attack submarines.
