According to Sputnik Radio, In an interview with journalists, nutritionist Alexey Kovalkov advised citizens who want to get in shape for the New Year on how to lose weight quickly.
“We need to use the maximum amount of fat and the minimum amount of carbohydrates. This means that we exclude sweets, flour, cereals, fruits,” advised the expert.
As a substitute, Kovalkov recommended eating meat with fatty sauces such as mayonnaise.
